Manual to Video turns assembly manuals into animated assembly films. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. We use it to sign you in and to send you your films.
• The files and links you send us: your manuals and, if you give it, your website address, which we use to match your brand.
• Basic technical data: your IP address and a device cookie, used only to stop misuse of the free preview and to keep the service secure.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your films, to run your account, and to prevent abuse. Your files are kept apart from every other customer's, are used only for your films, and are never shown to others or used for anyone else's work. Films are made with AI and reviewed before delivery.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting and databases (Railway), file storage (Cloudflare R2), website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and, if you choose it, sign-in with Google. They process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your manuals and films while your account is active so you can find them again. Ask us and we delete your manuals, brand files and films.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@manualtovideo.com.
