What's the difference between the preview and the full film?+
The free preview is a rough first sample, already in your style. It may have small glitches. The full film covers every step, or just the steps you choose to focus on, and is even more in your style and polished.
Can I keep the preview without the watermark?+
Yes. It is 68 to remove the watermark from your 30-second preview, 60% off a full film.
Where do I get my film?+
By email, and in your own space on this site, where every film, batch and invoice is kept together.
How long is the full film?+
Up to 60 seconds, with every step in it. A small stool and a big wardrobe are both $169 with Express, or $119 delivered within 24 hours.
Can it have a voice and music?+
Yes, as add-ons per film: voice-over +$12, music +$4, sound effects +$3. Captions are always included.
What if my file isn't a manual?+
Every upload is checked. If a document doesn't look like an assembly manual, our team reviews it before anything is made, and we let you know.
Why do you ask for a work email?+
The free preview is one per company. A work email keeps it fair and sends your films to the right team.
Is my manual kept private?+
Yes. Each company's files are kept apart, used only for that company's films and never shown to anyone else.
