• Out: an animated film of up to 60 seconds (Standard) or 90 seconds (Express) with every step, in widescreen and vertical, captions included.
• Your logo and colours are taken from your company website, in the style you pick.
• Every film is checked against your order before it reaches you.

When a manual video helps most

Video earns its keep where still drawings are hard to read: a part that turns before it slides in, two panels that look alike, a bolt that must stay loose until a later step, or a two-person lift. Research on instructions points the same way: a meta-analysis of 26 studies found animation beats static pictures most clearly when people learn a hands-on procedure.

It also helps where words don't: a film with captions works in a quiet shop, on a muted phone, and for customers who don't read the manual's language well.
